IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT THE TALKING...
Some leadership speakers are business experts. Others are inspirational.
With Patty, you get both.
Because of the extraordinary nature of her her own, fast growing career as a technology business executive (and a female) Patty brings suprisingly candid, heartfelt, and often humorous stories about coping with the realities of running a business and surviving your career.
Your audience will leave with a practical understanding of how to get control of their own destiny and learn how to gain credibility and personal confidence in their careers. And she will give your leaders solutions to get their organizations engaged, aligned, motivated and moving forward decisively.
People walk away not just with new insights but the confidence and motivation to do something different.
And refreshingly, Patty will inspire the belief that you can actually be a successful executive and decent human being at the same time.

Patty’s remarkable story took a major stop forward when she became the youngest general manager at HP at the age of 33. She ran a $1B software business at the age of 35. And she became a CEO for the first time at the age of 38 (without turning into a self-centered miserable jerk).
Patty has held executive roles in General Management, Marketing, Software Product Development, and Sales. She has transformed large and small businesses, and has significant international management experience.
Patty is currently the founder of Azzarello Group, which works with CEOs and leadership teams to help their businesses (and people) get better at what they do.
